3. Ratschlag „Frankfurt für alle“ und Regionale No Border lasts forever Konferenz in Frankfurt am Main, 4. bis 6. März 2016
im Studierendenhaus, Campus Bockenheim, Mertonstraße 26-28, 60325 Frankfurt am Main | Die aktuelle Situation der vielen neu angekommenen Geflüchteten stellt auch im Rhein-Main-Gebiet die soziale Frage mit ganz neuer Dringlichkeit: Es fehlt an menschenwürdigem Wohnraum, an Zugang zu Sprachkursen und bei vielen zudem an einer gesicherten Aufenthaltsperspektive. Stattdessen müssen sich die Menschen in provisorischen Massenunterkünften arrangieren, hängen in monate- bis jahrelangen administrativen Warteschleifen, werden mit Abschiebungsandrohungen verunsichert oder direkt abgeschoben.
Mit kalkuliertem Mangel an bezahlbarem Wohnraum, mit dem Abbau bzw. der Privatisierung und Verteuerung sozialer Infrastruktur sowie mit der Ausweitung prekärer Beschäftigung sind wir seit vielen Jahren konfrontiert, die Folgen von Austeritätspolitik oder sog. „Schuldenbremsen“ sind überall zu spüren. In der aktuellen Situation wird nun – zum Teil sehr bewusst – versucht, die Interessen und Bedürfnisse der Menschen beim Zugang zu Wohnraum, zu gut bezahlter Arbeit oder zu Bildung gegeneinander auszuspielen.
Die Frage sozialer Gerechtigkeit beschäftigt aufgrund der polarisierten Situation aktuell viele von uns, lokal und bundesweit. Überall werden neue Bündnisse und Wege gesucht. Die Konferenz möchte an die in Frankfurt veranstalteten Ratschläge „Frankfurt für alle: Solidarische Stadt“ anknüpfen und die dort entstandenen Themen und Ergebnisse vertiefen und weiterführen. Entlang der Bereiche Arbeit und Arbeitsbedingungen, Wohnen und Unterkünfte, Zugang zu Gesundheitsversorgung und Bildung und Abwehr rechter Angriffe bietet die Konferenz Raum, sich zu beraten, zusammen zu organisieren und damit eine gemeinsame Praxis der gegenseitigen Stärkung zu entwickeln.
Wie können wir statt Konkurrenz und Individualisierung Ausgrenzung und Spaltung entgegenwirken und gemeinsam Solidarität und Zusammenhalt leben und vermitteln? Wie gehen wir gegen die stetigen Verschärfungen vor und was setzen wir rassistischen Übergriffen und nschlägen wirksam entgegen?
Die Konferenz dient zudem als Ort für den regionalen Austausch über aktuelle Entwicklungen im Bereich Flucht und Migration. Bespielhaft hat der letzte Sommer die atemberaubende Durchsetzungskraft vieler Menschen gezeigt, die sich nicht aufhalten ließen, die EU-Grenzen zu berwinden. Doch sowohl außerhalb als auch innerhalb der EU gibt es die Praxis, Menschen in erwünschte und unerwünschte Menschen aufzuteilen – in solche, die „berechtigt“ sind, aufgenommen zu werden und solche, die draußen bleiben müssen bzw. wieder abgeschoben werden ollen. Eine gemeinsame Organisierung ist überall entscheidend zur Durchsetzung von Rechten, gegen Abschiebung und Ausschluss. Für Bewegungsfreiheit und das Recht zu bleiben für alle!

Regional No Border lasts forever Conference

The current situation of many new arriving refugees gives new urgency to the social question, including in the Rhine Main region: decent housing, access to language courses as well as a secure residence status are lacking. People are forced to live in temporary mass accommodations where they struggle for months or years without a permanent living space, while permanently facing deportation.
The impacts of this stern policy are felt everywhere – for years we have now been confronted with the calculated affordable housing shortage, the removal, privatization and price increase of social infrastructure while precarious work conditions are increasing. Now an attempt is being made to play off of the interests and needs of people in accessing affordable housing, well-paid work or education.
For us, this polarization poses the question of social justice. The conference wants to follow up and build upon the meetings and debates of “Frankfurt for All: Solidary City!“ The regional conference aims to open up a space for further discussions and wants to organize a common practice of mutual reinforcement, pursuing the topics of work, access to health care, education, housing and the fight against right-wing attacks. We want to deal with the following questions: How can we fight against individualisation and exclusion and how can we create and live solidarity? How can we encounter effectively racist attacks?
The “summer of migration” demonstrated breath-taking power, proving that no border can stop the movement of people. However, within and outside of the EU, the practice of distinguishing people into desired and undesired people, into those who have the right to stay and those who have to remain outside or are being deported is commonly practiced.
The conference strives to be a place for regional exchange concerning the current developments in the field of migration and flight. We need a common organization to fight for the right to stay, to fight against deportations and against exclusion.

Conférence régionale No Border lasts forever (Nulle frontière ne dure) à Francfort sur-Main, 4.-6.Mars 2016 au centre des étudiants (Studierendenhaus), Campus Bockenheim, Mertonstraße 26-28, 60325 Frankfurt sur-Main
La situation actuelle des réfugiés récemment arrivés pose un enjeu d’urgence sociale : Manque de logements décents, difficultés d’accès aux cours de langues, perspective de séjour incertaine. En même temps, les gens doivent s’accommoder de logements inadaptés et provisoires, sontsoumis à des mesures administratives durant des mois ou années et vivent permanent avec la menace d’être reconduits.
Les difficultés d’accès au logement social et locatif, le démantèlement et la privatisation du système social, la progression du travail précaire confirment la politique des dernières années. Les conséquences de la politique d’austérité et des « freins de l’endettement » se font ressentir partout. Cette stratégie politique tente de cliver – en partie consciemment – les personnes en recherche de logement, de travail convenablement payé, ou encore d’éducation.
La question de la justice sociale s’impose à beaucoup d’entre nous, à l’échelle fédérale comme à l’échelle locale. Partout, nous tentons de trouver de nouvelles alliances et possibilités. La conférence s’attache aux conseils « Frankfurt pour tous : La ville est solidaire » organisés récemment à Francfort. Il s’agit d’y approfondir et d’y poursuivre les sujets et résultats évoqués et de penser une pratique commune concernant l’affermissement mutuel. La conférence offre l’opportunité de délibérer, d’organiser, de développer des propositions alternatives par rapport au travail et aux conditions de travail, à l’accès aux services médicaux et l’éducation, au logement et à la défense contre les aggressions droitistes.
Comment peut-on contrecarrer la concurrence et l’individualisation, l’exclusion, les clivages, pour vivre collectivement et véhiculer la solidarité et la cohésion ? Comment agit-on contre les renforcements de loi permanents, que répond-t-on aux actes aux actes de violence et les attentats racistes ?
La conférence sera l’occasion d’échanger sur les évolutions actuelles dans le domaine de la fuite et de la migration à l’échelle régionale. L’été passé a témoigné le volontarisme de beaucoup des gens à franchir les frontières malgré les obstacles. Cependant, aussi bien à l’extérieur qu’au sein de l’UE, la pratique du clivage des personnes gouverne –les personnes qualifiées d’être accueillies contre celles qui doivent rester dehors ou qui sont expulsées. L’action collective est indispensable pour établir un rapport de force favorable aux exclus et contre l’expulsion. Pour la liberté de mouvement et le droit de rester pour tous !
