This is an appeal for financial support for Calais Migrant Solidarity
Working in harsh conditions, we have achieved a lot in the last four years. The crisis in Calais is not going away, and neither are we. We are planning for the future, and setting up a permanent “Inter-Cultural Centre” to bring migrants and locals together and grow the resistance to repression and racism on the border. We need long term funding to make this happen. Please read on and get involved.** In Calais, hundreds of people from Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Sudan, Palestine, and many other places remain stranded on the France/UK border in extremely harsh conditions.
